It took a long time and a lot positive self-talk to tell you the truth. You try to control everything in your environment and make endless lists. I internalise and try to focus on myself and working through the hurt.
I would say that Goggins has an INFJ cognition, which would make his achievements much more impressive still!! I have the same problem, but I am working on it.
